REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Return and Exchange Conditions

GENERAL:

By placing an order through the website you are using, you are considered to have accepted the pre-information form and distance sales contract provided to you electronically. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws in force regarding the sale and delivery of the product they have purchased. Buyers will be responsible for the shipping costs, which are the shipping costs for the purchased product. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, within the legal period of 30 days, provided that it does not exceed. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in compliance with the specified qualities in the order, along with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual if available. In case it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.


IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.


SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used for payment by the buyer has been unjustly used by unauthorized persons and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost covered by the seller.


PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITH UNFORESEEN REASONS:

If unforeseen reasons occur that are beyond the control of the seller, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be made in cash within 14 days of the cancellation if it was made in cash. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.


BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; damaged or defective goods/services will not be accepted from the cargo company. The received goods/services will be deemed undamaged and sound. The BUYER must protect the product after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the product must not be used. The product must be returned with the invoice.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The BUYER can use the right of withdrawal without any legal and criminal liability by notifying the SELLER in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product purchased for himself/herself or the person/institution at the address indicated.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

If the product is a service purchased, this 14-day period starts from the date the service contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be used in service contracts where the service has started with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period. Expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are covered by the SELLER. For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, it is a must to notify the SELLER in writing by registered mail, fax or e-mail within the 14 (fourteen) day period and the product must not be used within the scope of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot be Used" provisions specified in this contract.


USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The product invoice of the delivered product addressed to the person or the BUYER, Return form, the box of the products to be returned, their packaging, and, if any, their standard accessories must be delivered complete and undamaged.


RETURN CONDITIONS:

The SELLER is obliged to return the total price to the BUYER within a maximum of 10 days from the date the right of withdrawal is notified to him and to take back the goods within 20 days. If the decrease in the value of the goods is due to the fault of the BUYER or if it becomes impossible to return the goods, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER at the rate of his fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods within the withdrawal period. In case the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is not reached due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited within the scope of the campaign is canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

Products prepared according to the personal requirements or demands of the BUYER or products that are not suitable to be returned due to their nature and that are not suitable to be returned after being delivered, underwear bottoms, swimsuit bottoms, makeup materials, single-use products, goods with a risk of rapid deterioration or whose expiry date has passed, goods delivered to the BUYER after the packaging is opened by the BUYER, which is not suitable for health and hygiene, mixed with other products after delivery and inherently cannot be separated, except for those provided under the subscription agreement, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, immediately provided in electronic environment non-material goods delivered to the consumer, and sound or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording, and data storage devices, computer consumables, cannot be returned in case the packaging is opened by the BUYER. Also, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for service contracts started with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period. Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must have unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused packaging for a return to be accepted.

DEFAULT STATUS AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER falls into default in case of payment with a credit card, the BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that he/she will pay interest to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and himself/herself, and will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply to legal remedies; may request the BUYER to cover the incurred expenses and attorney fees, and in any case, if the BUYER falls into default due to his/her debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the damages suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

You can use all kinds of credit cards online for a single payment or online installment through our website. In your online payments, the amount will be deducted from your credit card at the end of your order.

By making a Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) You can make a payment to any of our accounts (TL) at Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, Türkiye İş Bank, and Yapı Kredi Bank. With your credit cards through our website You can take advantage of online single payment or online installment opportunities from Akbank. The amount will be deducted from your credit card at the end of your order for online payments. In case of possible order cancellations due to stock issues or any other reasons, the refund to your credit card will be made within 3 working days.


REFUND OF ORDER AMOUNT

In case of possible cancellations of your orders; Parapharma Pharmaceuticals Food Cosmetic Medical Organic Products Industry And Trade Limited Company will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, it is necessary to inform our company finance officials of your bank account details and/or credit card details correctly and completely.

Delivery We strive to ship the products you have ordered the same day. For products that require procurement time, the delivery time is 3 business days, as indicated in the product details. In case of possible delays in delivery, you will be notified. Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company within 2 (two) business days at the latest after they are approved. You can discuss different delivery conditions with our customer representative. Also, please note that cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey.

Payment Tracking If the system cannot complete the transaction for any reason, the visitor is informed about this situation after the payment page. In case of any error in the specified address during delivery, the person who placed the order is contacted regarding the undeliverable order.
